Niki’s Home is offered for short-term home rental accommodation only. Guests agree to use the property responsibly and respect the house, neighbors, and local regulations.

3. Maximum occupancy

The maximum number of guests allowed is 4. Exceeding this limit is not permitted unless agreed in writing in advance.

4. Check-in and check-out

• Check-in: after 3:00 PM
• Check-out: before 11:00 AM

Guests must respect these times unless a different arrangement has been confirmed in advance.

5. Cancellation policy

All reservations are non-refundable. In case of cancellation, modification, no-show, or early departure, no refund will be provided.

6. House rules

Guests agree to follow all house rules during their stay. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the booking or termination of the stay without refund.

A smoke alarm is installed in the property for guest safety. Guests must not tamper with or disable any safety equipment.
